Moisés Mora López. Nicaragua, 1982

Artista Visual y Arquitecto, vive y trabaja en Nicaragua. Su trabajo explora la narrativa visual a partir del dibujo a través de medios análogos y digitales. El espacio, la memoria y el contexto son algunos de los temas recurrentes en su obra. Seleccionado en dos ocasiones para representar a Nicaragua en la Bienal de artes visuales del istmo Centroamericano (Bavic 2010 y 2013).

Licenciado en arquitectura en Universidad Americana, UAM, 2006, en donde tambien ejercio como docente de diseño durante 9 años. Fundador y director  de Bric Arquitectos, desde donde ha participado en concursos nacionales e internacionales, destacándose Tiny Home Community Ideas Competition, Raleigh, NC, USA, donde la propuesta de Bric quedó dentro de los proyectos finalistas. El trabajo de la oficina ha sido publicado en la Revista Domus y en el sitio Plataforma Arquitectura (Archdaily).

Moisés Mora López is a Nicaraguan visual artist, architect and cultural manager. His work explores visual narrative through drawing in analog and digital media. The interaction between the piece and the observer is a key element in his artistic production. Space, memory and context are some of the recurring themes in his work.

His work has participated in exhibitions and cultural events throughout Central America, highlighting his selection to participate in the VIII, IX and X editions of the Visual Arts Biennial of the Central American Isthmus, both individually and collectively.

Graduated in Architecture from the American University, UAM, in 2006, where he also taught design for 9 years. Founder and director of Bric Arquitectos, where he has participated in national and international competitions, including the Tiny Home Community Ideas Competition, Raleigh, NC, USA, where Bric’s proposal was one of the finalists. The office’s work has been published in Domus Magazine and on Archdaily.
